The Hydroformed Difference in Metal Hose Technology
Hose Master's
proprietary hydroformed technology is the most innovative process in
forming corrugated metal hose. Beginning with a high-quality
strip of stainless steel, the process begins by rolling the edges
together forming a thin-walled tube. The tube is then seam-welded
and, through a process using water (much cleaner than
standard lubrication processes),
the tube is corrugated hydraulically.

Hose Master Certifies Installers Because not all flexible connector companies manufacture products in the same way, installation of the various products may differ. In addition, with the mandates from California and other states, installers are required by law to be certified by the manufacturer to prevent the possibility of leaks occurring. We at Hose Master understand the importance of this directive and are able to provide training for our connectors whenever necessary. Upon completion of the training, installers will be given a wallet-sized, laminated certification card issued by Hose Master for use in the field. |
