Job Description

Regional Sales Manager will have ownership of a defined geographic sales territory. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Lead and manage manufacturer representative sales force
• Cover a multi-state territory
• Implement and execute the national sales strategy
• Identify potential end-users account, secure product specification and drive sales through distribution
• Lead product training for partners
• Joint sales calls with distributor partners

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or significant industry experience
• Metal product experience
• Mechanically inclined – willing to work in industrial settings
• 2-5 years outside industrial sales
• Proficient with Microsoft products
