Position: Receptionist
Reports To: Accounting Manager
Summary:
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information. Assist incoming caller, greet and assist visitor to the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, transfer calls, take message and distribute,
- Assist visitors at front desk, track time in and out
- Monitor and distribute incoming faxes and mail, enter contracts & forward to accounts receivables
- Monitor and resolve all orders without proper financing
- Complete a variety of reports
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Attach back-ups to daily shipments
- Check the purchase orders numbers from the customer against what has been entered from Sales.
- File all the shipments, quotes and purchase orders
- Match Accounts Payable checks with invoices being paid and mail the checks weekly
- Forward blanket Certificates of Origin when requested by customers.
- Type document
- May perform as back up to HR Receptionist/ Clerk
- Sort and deliver incoming mail
- Apply postage and organize outgoing mail
- Ship literature
- Sort documents
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Good math skills
- Some clerical work experience required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Time management and organizational skills
- Problem solving and decision making
- Computer skills ability to grasp intermediate computer concepts
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail
